What a week we had last week 🤯
Let's try and keep the kindness going shall we? What can you do today to spread a little kindness?
#OneKindWord is all it takes ❤️
November 3rd is National Stress Awareness Day. For a family with a disabled child, coping with stress can be overwhelming. At Small Steps families share similar experiences, build friendships, and feel less isolated and alone. 🧡 #NationalStressAwarenessDay#MentalHealthMatters
We have made such headway and love seeing the space used already but we still have a way to go. On the far side is a space you can't see pictured that we still need to transform. Shares and donations very welcome 😃
THANK YOU all for the donations and community support so far, it has been incredible to see so many people getting together for such a wonderful project.
We still have our GoFundMe page if you would like to make a donation: https://t.co/TXmsCaw05L
THANK YOU in advance.
Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day ⛅️

If you're feeling a little anxious right now, try going through your senses:
Name...
1 thing you can taste
2 things you can smell
3 things you can hear
4 things you can touch
5 things you can see
Going through your senses can help ground you in this moment.
