Part of athletics is learning to give, a group of our Black Hills Varsity Track and Field team got up early today and headed to Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma to volunteer at the Special Olympics Track Festival!!

Workout
Sart with a 400m run and then:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push-ups
Squats
sit-ups
Burpees
then finish with a 200m run
Remember to not gather in large groups and maintain some good distance from anybody who might be near.
Friday at home workout
Warm-up
400m run (from a starting point set up a 400m by taking 200 long steps out and make a mark. That will be a good guesstimate for a 400.)
3X10 Squats
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups
(good time to slow down and work good technique with full Range of Motion)
