Using 3v3 during 5-6 minute basketball practice segments to learn to play out of concepts in our Princeton offense point series.
What constraints would you use to improve this?

Loved this answer from Iowa Coach Ben McCollum:
👨🍳 Preparation is an Identity, Not an Event
😳 The Moment Exposes, It Doesn’t Create
📈Consistency Compounds Into Confidence
If your team only locks in when it “matters,” you’ve already lost.
The standard HAS to exist before the spotlight!
The single most important thing for young Hoopers to learn
Playing off two feet
Give yourself options at the end of your drive and play under control - watch the best guards in the world, they all play off two

ROUND 1: HANDLED 🐻🔥
Bastrop High School Boys Varsity Soccer takes down Pflugerville Connally and punches their ticket to the 2nd Round.
The journey continues.
Got this from @Coach_DeMarco. I call it 1v1 Whirlwind because it just keeps going 1v1 around and around, but O/D switch to the other half of the floor after each rep. It ends in your typical 1v1 advantage situation, just in transition.
🔥3-2 Match Up Zone Drill: Defending the DHO and Protecting the Middle
In this clip, Denton HS (TX) head coach Michael Thomas @Coachmdthomas demonstrates a 4 on 4 drill used to train key principles of the 3-2 Match Up Zone. Players work on midline positioning, denying the middle, communicating on dribble handoff actions, and making two-foot defensive rotations before the drill eventually builds into 5 on 5. This great drill comes from the new instructional video "Building a Disruptive & Dominating 3-2 Match Up Zone Defense"! 🏀
