Yah, he absolutely wanted Hokit to lose. Trump's main guy is Lewis, who lost to Hokit. He made sure Lewis was on the card. I wish people would look into this stuff. Hokit is a world class arse. And he is always saying something stupid. No disrespect to Michelle Obama, but I'm actually surprised it wasn't worse than that. While I avoided watching the pre-fight presser, I did see where Hokit pissed off some of the other fighters. But there are a lot of characters like him in the UFC, it gets people riled up.

Excuse me, you don't know me and I'm MAGA. I sure didn't love it. It was tasteless, just like Hokit. Who I'm not a fan of....his antics are rather annoying. But he sure can fight. The ones with the annoying mouths are sometimes the most fun to watch. You just endure the ridiculous of the rest because the fight itself is JUST SO GOOD!

Are you talking about the uncomfortable little cheers that went up? I did hear those, but I've been watching UFC so many years that when the full crowd is into it the cheer is way louder than that. So I could tell be the loudness that the "joke" wasn't hitting. And it was tasteless to say that at the White House of all places. But Hokit rubs people the wrong way. Wish he had said Melania is Slender Man. Then we'd be having an entirely different conversation. And honestly? I wouldn't put it past that guy. He knew Trump wasn't cheering him on, that's for sure.

It's giving me a migraine. These people are so disconnected from reality. The good thing is UFC fans could give a rats rear end. They are the best fans....and what makes me laugh is all the people complaining about Hokit's comment on Michelle Obama. They might want to read up on him. That guy routinely pisses off UFC fans because of his comments. A ton of people wanted him to lose the other night because they are tired of his antics. And then he makes a comment, and everyone who knows nothing about the UFC uses him as a symbol for what the UFC stands for. That was more laughable than the other predictable moments from the left. And, of course, anyone paying attention to the WH presser before the event might have known something like that was coming.......

OMG. At what point can people stop saying this is weaponization. You realize it is the government's job to investigate, right? Just because a President doesn't like a guy doesn't mean he should avoid investigating him so the public won't accuse him of weaponizing. Honestly, your post makes me sad. Not everything has to be political. There are nice people who don't pay attention to politics at all and just love watching the UFC. Sure it's violent, but so is football, and hockey, and a ton of other sports that I am sure Sheryl Crow is fine with. But I digress. I lived in Hollywood too long. Singers and actors and actresses are a little disconnected. They have everyone waiting on them all the time. She was talking about all the rich folks, maybe she should look in the mirror. The disconnect between the right and left is insane right now.

This is a crime under New Jersey’s terroristic threats law. But due to sanctuary policies, there are no local police there to make an arrest.

It also may be a federal crime under 8 USC 115.
