It was 4:45 when we arrived at the room. How was it given to someone else when we had already checked in? Also took an hour to get sorted out. The lady at mail and key desk was very nice but this room is definitely not as good.

Aloha @HiltonHotels, what happened? Had room reservation on 28th floor. Alert room change to 25th. Check in on app, got digital key, went to room and app tells us to call, say go to lobby. They tell us we’re on 8th floor! Now our view is mostly roof instead of Diamond Head. Boo!
