18-25 March 2024 is Neurodiversity Celebration Week. Neurodiverse jobseekers are a crucial target group for many Opening Doors employers: 23 of the 70 signatories have committed to supporting those with disability/neurodiverse barriers back into work.
On 9 May, BITC will launch the findings of our innovative research project, Opening Doors: What Works.

On Tuesday, 30th January 2024, the team will hold its first Opening Doors online forum of the year. Focused on Anonymised Recruitment, the 60-minute event will allow employers to discuss the challenges and opportunities of anonymised recruitment with their peers and BITC advisors
