I've just read this @courtneypochin https://t.co/k1qTzeXUjA via @MetroUK
You should try the Kingsley Cola which is available in @IcelandFoods , it's seriously good, and only 80p for a 2ltr bottle
@PathakSen@gigaclear That's terrible... I cancelled a BT order in good faith I'd be online with @gigaclear by the 19th April. No information other than a phone call at the start of April saying it had been delayed 😔 .. should have stayed with @bt_uk !
@gigaclear new customer here... I was supposed to be connected on the 19th.. I've emailed & had zero response, so here I am publicly asking when in the heck I'm going to be connected? MK18 1PQ
@bt_uk I have been waiting since the middle of December for my home move broadband to be completed. The cable under my garden needs to be replaced. I have a 7 person family trying to use "unbreakable" WiFi, which is absolutely terrible.
@DirectLine I am a long term policy holder with yourselves, we had a catastrophic house fire in September 2022, we finally moved home last week..on Friday we have suffered a water leak from part of the system that should have been replaced. How do we quantify stress and anxiety?
Having to move my family late on Friday (there are 7 of us) due to no water and turning lighting circuits off, the stress and distress is monumental. I am now here on my own, turning the water on to brush my teeth and flush the toilet.
@AnglianWater thank you for responding so well to everyone in the Buckingham area, we know it's not the fault of the social media team. But my god, the top level management need a better understanding of their shortcomings. Compensation letters sent to all customers affected?
@rbrignall I would be more than happy to raise a compensation request for you. Please could you PM us with your full address and your best contact number, I can do this for you.
@AnglianWater@davew1405 Simply not good enough @AnglianWater , you should have duty and standby pumps in place, and spares, a company of your size should also have predictive maintenance in place to mitigate these failures. This is happening far too often in Buckingham.
