Sorry but two calls already today with your Retentions Teams have failed so not sure exactly which magic wand you think you can wave. Vodafone are less than half the price for the same phone and package.
Hello, Brian. We'd always love the chance to reward loyalty. Our teams will always offer the best plan available for your account at that time. Please give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, and hopefully we turn this around for you. @EE customer loyalty is not something this exists within EE’s business model. Apparently 19 years with the company warrants an insult of an offer on an upgrade. Quoted more than double what I can get with Vodafone. Thanks but no thanks EE. I will just walk.
@MicrosoftHelps making allowance for elderly, vulnerable customers with the onset of dementia, once made aware of the situation, is something that should be embraced rather than passing customers from dept to dept in an effort to avoid your morale responsibility. Shame on you.
@MicrosoftHelps Hi, having given you time to resolve the scenario and deliver some customer service recovery I see there is no intention of taking ownership/responsibility.Pls provide email for a senior manager in Customer Services UK who I can message directly with my complaint.
DM sent, wait ages for agent to respond. Explain situation, then nothing. No response, no “please wait whilst we look into it”. Nothing. Luckily I have the whole transcript which I’m happy to share. Is there any chance of some level of customer service from Microsoft? Any?
@BJC68 Hi Brian! Your tweet caught our attention. We see that you wanted to know the email address to raise complaints, and we'd like to help sort this out. Kindly send us a direct message (DM) for us to maximize our character usage. All the best! -Rav https://t.co/3qcAsLFkaY
@MicrosoftHelps Hi, can someone please advise a suitable email address for us to raise an official complaint reference refusing to refund money to a vulnerable pensioner. Thanks.
