Illegal Constructions in Dombivali: A Threat to Urban Safety Dombivali has been grappling with the menace of illegal constructions, with cases like the Balaji Complex exposing serious violations. The Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) demolished parts of this building in 2019 after uncovering forged documents and land disputes. Across Nandivali, 65 unauthorized buildings, housing thousands, face demolition due to fake RERA certificates and FSI violations, as exposed by activist Sandeep Patil.The Supreme Court’s recent rulings (Dec 2024) make it clear: illegal constructions cannot be regularized, no matter how long they’ve stood or how much was invested. Builders must display approved plans, obtain completion certificates, and face strict penalties for violations, with erring officials also held accountable.

Few days back I went to uttar pradesh with my wife to get marriage certificate and my experience was horrible with UP officials.

I am born and bought up at Maharashtra and my Wife is from UP so all my documents are having address of Maharashtra Mumbai and my Wife address is from UP.

So now when I went to Tahsil to get my marriage certificate I was asked to get some documents where I can show some adress of UP but unfortunately I don't have any so I went to my Sarpanch and asked a letter stating we got married in UP and my native is UP.

I took that letter and again went to Tahsil and again he that officer said we can't issue marriage certificate.

I again come back to mumbai Maharashtra and here also they started the same my wife address is from UP so Maharashtra can't issue marriage certificate.

Now I went to UP and asked how much bribe this officer want and clear the amount and can't beleive I got my certificate in next couple of hours.

This is the real truth of government officer in UP and Maharashtra.

Well Mumbai High court has ordered in Nov 2024 to @KDMCOfficial to demolish 65 illegal buildings with Fake Rera certificate and yet no action on them why?

Many new Building in @KDMCOfficial area which was build in last 7-10 years back seems like they are 50-60 year old and in very bad situation for example, Green Heritage in Nandivali behind sarvodaya park builder name is Madan Gupta and Udayraj Chauhan another this building is in very bad situation.

Another one is Shrushti park at Nandivali near bamandev temple again builder name is Madan Gupta and Udayraj Chauhan building is in very bad situation and only 3 or maximum 5 family are staying there without registration this building has FAKE RERA CERTIFICATE which was on the name of Madan Gupta as per RERA website.

I personally checked with @KDMCOfficial but there is is no official plan approved but still no action on it even I write on this building agina and again.

This two builder Madan Gupta and Udayraj Chauhan are known as CON on Kalyan dombivali.

If @KDMCOfficial don't take any action on them then I will protest against them on road.

This bloody people are monster who don't even think what will happen if building fall down and people die and now I think @KDMCOfficial is equally responsible for this.

Well this days nobody want to talk about illegal constructions even if they have proof ,@KDMCOfficial is one of the most corrupt municipal corporation and now we are planning for protest against illegal constructions in Nandivali Panchanand which has given us the fake rera number.
