So I think poor service is in DNA.

Toll free number kept me on wait for 20 min and then disconnected. Tata don't care about customer, they really don't care about services.

Visiting service center like Puneet motors in lucknow is like hell.

My new tiago fuel pump gone disfunctional yesterday when I was in trafic at 45degree temp. It pushed me to cancel all my meetings and horrible experience.
Why such pathetic parts you are using in cars?
When I tried to connect service center they were unresponsive.
