@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My father's number is 04040888205 (GMV Nageshwara Rao) placed the request for bill plan change on 21st of June and after multiple follow ups with call centre team the bill plans change is not done.

Infact when I asked the name of the mrg I was told that as per rules they are not supposed to tell their names.... For a min I thought was I asking the personal details of the mgr? What is stopping them to tell the name of the shift mgr.

@tata_cars Finally TATA wins!!!. Just because a faulty and quality less product is used, I have to pay 14k. Dealers parrot voice is as I have not gone for extended warranty they are helpless. This is a unusual spare which won't spoil till 1lakh kms.
