A U.S. appeals court ruled in favor of James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

Judges dismissed $130,000 in damages over an undercover video targeting Democratic strategists.

The court said the award violated the First Amendment by punishing them for publishing a news story.

Project Veritas released footage of strategist Robert Creamer recorded by a Project Veritas reporter who interned at his firm in 2016.

Creamer claimed the video cost him contracts.

The majority found the protected speech in the video—not any illegal acts—caused the losses.

They also rejected the wiretapping claims against the reporter.

All damages were cleared.

O’Keefe said the ruling restored his faith in journalism and the courts.

Project Veritas called it a win for undercover journalists.

🇵🇸 Jewish American surgeon Dr. Mark Perlmutter, featured in American Doctor, says he traveled to Gaza to volunteer because “when my tax dollars pay for the largest pediatric homicide in my lifetime, I felt that I had to be part of the solution.”

Citing a survey of roughly 100 American physicians who worked there, Perlmutter said: “83% of the doctors saw a child shot in the head or chest every day they were there.”

“I felt guilty that my government was giving, loaning jets, giving jets, giving jet fuel, donating bombs…”

Perlmutter also singled out House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries calling him a “prostitute for the Israeli lobby.”

FDA REFUSED Moderna’s mRNA flu vaccine because the company hadn’t tested it against the vaccines seniors actually receive.
Moderna called for White House intervention.
Trump intervened.
14 days later, FDA reversed itself.
The missing trial was never done.
Instead, FDA approved the vaccine for seniors and moved the experiment to after licensure, when up to 800,000 people will determine whether it actually provides greater clinical protection.
Meanwhile:
• ~137 people must switch vaccines to prevent one additional case of flu.
• For every 22 who switch, one additional person has a reaction severe enough to stop normal daily activity.
• FDA found 29 unexplained/sudden/sudden-cardiac deaths vs. 12 in controls. No autopsies were performed on the mFLUSIVA deaths.
• The FDA advisory panel voted 9–0. Twice.
• For seniors, FDA approved on antibodies, not demonstrated superiority in illness, hospitalization or death over the enhanced vaccines they already receive.
And this license can help lower the evidentiary burden for Moderna’s next mRNA vaccine.
This isn't just a story about a flu shot.
It is a story about what “FDA approved” now means.

Former IRS Criminal Investigation supervisor Joe Banister sits down with Alex Jones and says he spent two years checking tax-protester claims after hearing Dee Dee Kidd on Bay Area radio in 1996.

His conclusion: the income tax is “voluntary,” the 16th Amendment is invalid, and withheld taxes mainly service Federal Reserve debt on money created from nothing. He says he put that in a report on Feb. 8, 1999 and sent it up to IRS Commissioner Charles Rossotti — then was forced out.

He also says the court cases those activists cited were real, that “tyranny will come to your door in a uniform,” and that he is anti-corruption, not anti-tax.

That’s the pitch in the tape. Courts have rejected those legal theories for decades; Banister still became a prominent figure in that movement after leaving the IRS.
