Rebranded to .. Verizon. And today Nintendo announced My Nintendo Store rebranded to … Nintendo Store. Weird mass marketing shift all at once… kind of strange.
@vladtenev the only thing keeping me from breaking up with AMEX is a grocery cash back option on the Gold card… I literally use my Robinhood Gold Card for Everything EXCEPT my two Largest spend categories: Restaurants and Groceries. If RH Platinum had a 5% cash back on groceries… oof that would have been IT!
I have it. Ive had some issues abroad using an ATM and never got it resolved. I notified @AskRobinhood and as they typically do , they responded publically asking me to message them, to which they responded privately to please wait for a resolution. It’s been two weeks. Their customer service is trash. The UI is cool, I like getting my direct deposit early, but that’s about it. I’m being hopeful I won’t run into more issues because texting support doesn’t work. The extra 3% interest may not be worth the trash support. On the fence but sticking around for now. I don’t recommend it.
@AskRobinhood I’ve been waiting for advice on how to deal with a double charge at an ATM since last week. I also sent a PM to you. Any help is appreciated.
Update: it’s been a full day and still no resolution; I’m just being told it’s bro by investigated. . @vladtenev why is customer service such a pain point? This sucks.
While traveling in Colombia my debit card has been charged twice after visiting one ATM. Attempting to troubleshoot this with Robinhood, the agent told me she’s looking into this and it’s been four hours. Can’t call anyone. What the heck. Do better @vladtenev@RobinhoodApp@AskRobinhood also,, I messaged support in X and haven’t gotten a response yet.
Robinhood @VladWeinstein why is customer service such a pain point? Please invest in this. I just opened a chat to help resolve an issue with my new bank account and the response time is over thirty minutes for a “can’t help with this” response. Not acceptable.
