Former Web3 warrior helping people who sit at a screen all day undo what it did to their body.
Breath, Posture, Mobility, Strength & Nervous System Reset
If you've been in web3 long enough, your body has the receipts.
Hunched Posture. Locked hips. Fried nervous system. A back that's been talking to you for two years. Sleep...what is Sleep?
I figured out how to undo it. DM me if this is you, I'll walk you through what worked.
Is it weird if I just YOLO change my Twitter account to my fitness coaching stuff?
I haven’t been in crypto in like a year. What used to excite me about the industry just doesn’t anymore.
I have been learning calisthenics progression systems, breathwork, pressurization, nervous system regulation, fascia release, GOATA, Functional Patterns, Gymnastics, etc. for years and finally said fuck it I’m coaching full time.
My passion is really helping people move better and get out of pain. I think there are so many people I can help in web3. It’s literally the most stressful place turned on 24/7, requires long hours at a computer with shitty posture and breathing, etc.
Curious if anyone sees this and has thoughts on just changing over.
Here’s my website if anyone is curious https://t.co/urHsXbxJN0
@ideabrowser@4Jackle4 https://t.co/hhN9eFn3jw is me. I know the stuff that actually works and have lived it. Banded pull aparts and PT shit ain’t it. It’s all about nerves, breathing, and ribcage position.
@ideabrowser I will build. PT exercises blow and don’t work. It’s all about breathing properly and am open ribcage. Love this idea. Transitioning this account to promote https://t.co/8a7UjePo3k and this actually fits what’s I am doing coaching perfectly
@MelchBD Exactly haha. I’ve discovered my nervous system was totally fried and I know others are in that boat. There’s stuff beyond “just meditate” that’s needed to reset cranial nerves and breathing patterns and such
