Today we are announcing the next two nominations for the board of directors at ProCap Financial.

@BillKoutsouras will join us as the Lead Independent Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee. Bill has served in these same roles on the $GLXY board for years and I am excited about bringing his institutional experience to our governance team.

@billfour has been a big proponent of bitcoin for years. His mix of traditional finance experience, combined with the unshakeable belief in bitcoin, will bring a good balance of these two worlds to our board.

Bill and Bill are great additions to our team. We will continue executing the best we can as await the closing our business combination with $BRR.
