Dear Amazon team, a serious complaint regarding d delivery service in my area (PIN code 814114) for my order no 408-6553639-7824310. Delivery agent is asking to pay additional 500 Rs as delivery charge otherwise threatening to cancel the order.

@AmazonHelp I already mentioned u tht I hv registered complaint regarding this wd customer care then y dont u check wd them instead of asking me to do the same thing again?? Anyways I did it but its really disappointing, we nvr expected ths kind of behaviour frm Amazon at-least.

@HemantSorenJMM Mr CM it seems you are giving all this statement in some kind of dream, please have proper inspection in entire Deoghar district there is not single hospital whos treating COVID patients, nowhere oxygen cylinders r available. Pls shw sum seriousness 🙏
