@VancityReynolds @Mintmobile Fleeced like paying for two plans and a phone, then cancelling during the 7 day trial window because the network map on the website isn't correct and there isn't actually coverage here, and then Mint refusing to provide a refund or even unlock the phone so it can be transferred?

@swandad @VancityReynolds @Mintmobile Same. Worst is they won't honor the 7 day trail refund policy or accept back the phone I purchased or unlock it so I can use it elsewhere. I really wanted them to be better than @Verizon & @ATT, nope.

@VancityReynolds @Mintmobile ...unless there isn't actually network coverage at your home as shown on their coverage map. Because then you can't cancel during the 7 day trail, can't get the refund that is advertised and they won't unlock the phone you just purchased.

Switched to @Mintmobile and bought a new phone. They don't actually have coverage at my home, so I went to cancel during their 7 day trail window and they won't cancel, refund or unlock phone. Be warned.
