Black Liberation Collective @ X University - a Black student collective dedicated to transforming institutions of higher education to eliminate anti-Blackness.
Hey all! Although we have been quiet lately that will be changing soon also, we wanted to make sure to echo the sentiments of Yursa, who years ago shinned light on the harms and violence coming of out BLM TO and stepped away from the toxicity that revolve around that organization
We stand in solidarity with all the Black people at the receiving end of the violence created and perpetuated by BLM TO and do not support and are NOT affiliated with all that they have going on. Thank you.
Yusra has been fundamental not only to student activism and organization but to overall education and advocacy for Black lives and is critical to the history of our very own BLC group here at X University.
The OPSEU union lawyer asked for my arbitration hearing to be public. The mediator and Ryerson’s legal team said No. If I am going to be dismissed, devalued, discredited and dehumanized why not make it public?
