@ExplosiveSpoon Hi unfortunately we’re having to close the company down because we couldn’t get the investment we need. It’s still on AppLab and Steam for a short time and we’re hoping it can somehow remain on sale but not sure at this stage. I hope you get to play it though

@JamesAC17GA That's fine. It's actually really difficult to encapsulate what the game has to offer in a trailer, and everyone will have their own tastes. But if we don't tell autistic people it's created for them, they they'll never know about it. Anyway, I hope you're well!
@friendlybot9002 Autism friendly is when you do a bunch of research, then design the gamefrom sctratch with autistic people in mind, and employ autistic people to put it together.
@TrixieEncurtido And we have found autistic people don't like "with autism" because it suggests its a disease or illness, whereas autistic people is just who they are. But we know there is a debate about it!
@TrixieEncurtido It's not random at all. Autistic people love games, but games are not always designed for autistic people. We've designed this from the ground up to support autistic players to help them enjoy the game.
@JamesAC17GA What made you feel it wasn't when you played it? We've done a lot of research and worked with a lot of autistic people to design the game, so we value any feedback you have so we can make the next one better.
@WaluigiNetwork We wouldn't say it if we didn't mean it. The game is designed from scratch with autistic people in mind. And we have autistic people in our team.
What makes BLINNK and the Vacuum of Space so welcoming for autistic people?

It is a normal VR game, designed to be fun. But we know that in many games the colours are too bright, the sound too loud, the motivations too hard to fathom for autistic people to enjoy. Autistic people can struggle with going into new places for example - so in the game there are pre eleven briefings to tell where you are going, what it looks like and who you’ll meet there. There’s no fail state so it’s less stressful to play. If it does get too much, there’s a time out zone where you can chill and get yourself together before going back into the game. And there’s loads more besides!
BLINNK and the Vacuum of Space - the autism-friendly space adventure that's out-of-this-world fun for everyone!
