I do not believe that everyone will succeed in business. However, no one can know if they will have what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur before actually starting a business. There is no harm in trying.

Do not say “I can't manage a business” without actually trying.

One of the reasons businesses fail is because of flawed assumptions.

If there are no assumptions, there can be no errors but if your assumptions are wrong the whole business plan falls apart.

Learn to look at the whole picture and factor in everything.

Many of the youth today focus on becoming doctors and engineers.

Though there is nothing wrong with this, we also need a portion of the next generation to focus on entrepreneurship.

Only by doing this can we guarantee jobs for the next generation of doctors and engineers.

As you and your business grow, this should not be the case. You must create systems that allow the business to run even when you are not there.
