Like I at this point absolutely detest that i purchased anything from them, from well over 20k in power Tools, then there’s hand tools, pack outs, and brand merch I have spent so much money on @MilwaukeeTool I literally wish i bought any other brand right now
Been trying with @MilwaukeeTool for 14 days! They don’t reply in a timely matter first time it was 5 day delay, second time was about 8. They don’t escalate things to upper management or customer experience team when you ask. And only send replies that don’t fix issue !
Small business owners beware: @MilwaukeeTool’s customer service is non-existent. After spending serious money on their tools, you’ll get zero support when you need it!
