Feel absolutely let down by @TicketmasterCS! I have a campervan hanger which was purchased for @OfficialRandL. The last @TicketmasterCS informed me that as that this was sent on 16th August. No tracking number given. I’ve been trying to contact them since Sunday! CS is awful!!!
