Worst day this could have happened for me.

I need to see and sign an important document but have to receive a text - which I can't. Not to mention I've had to delay making a couple of phonecalls.

I hardly use my phone normally, but of course, just today I really need it.

Livid with @easyJet. After waiting a month for them to replace our wrecked case, they're now calling me a liar when I dared to send a non-itemized receipt. I accepted their offer of £40 via webchat. They then sent an email reducing it by half.
