The film Sound of Freedom awakened millions of Americans to the harrowing realities of child trafficking, becoming a cultural phenomenon that unsettled some of the most powerful institutions in Washington and Hollywood. Now, one of its executive producers faces a profoundly different kind of ordeal.

Andrew McCubbins did not merely help finance the production. He was an operator on the ground, personally involved in 22 rescue operations that resulted in 124 children recovered and 33 traffickers arrested. Federal prosecutors in New Jersey charged him in connection with a telehealth business he operated around that same time.

His supporters contend the charges were politically motivated, pointing to his vocal support of President Trump. Confronted with the possibility of life imprisonment, McCubbins entered a guilty plea under what his advocates describe as extraordinary duress. His business has since been dissolved. His reputation has been dismantled. while the case dragged on. Years later, he awaits sentencing with the weight of potential imprisonment still hanging over him.

A growing number of legal scholars believe this case warrants serious scrutiny the Department of Justice. Supporters have recently mounted a formal campaign urging United States Deputy Attorney General @DAGToddBlanche to dismiss the case.

You want to know what courage looks like in America? It looks like Andrew McCubbins.

This Utah father spent years on the frontlines of the fight against child trafficking. Not from behind a desk. Not writing checks. Actually in the field. He helped lead 22 rescue operations that pulled 124 children out of the hands of monsters. 33 traffickers were arrested because of his work. Then he went and produced Sound of Freedom.

A film that woke up millions of Americans to the scale of this evil. It made powerful people very uncomfortable. And that’s when the target appeared on his back. Federal prosecutors came after him with everything they had.

They destroyed his business. They dragged his name through the mud. And now he faces the threat of prison.

For what? For exposing the truth. For saving children. The DOJ has a chance to correct this injustice. Let this man go back to the work that matters.

With this latest Epstein file dump it is important to remember the people that fight everyday to stop human trafficking.

Why is the DOJ still destroying the lives of Trump-supporting conservatives years after Biden left office?

Case in point: Andrew McCubbins, the executive producer of Sound of Freedom.

Andrew McCubbins helped rescue 124 trafficked children across 22 operations.

But because Sound of Freedom challenged powerful interests and global trafficking networks, McCubbins became a target.

BIden's DOJ hounded him relentlessly in what looks like a blatant political hit job to silence voices fighting for kids.

His life, reputation, and business have been destroyed.

Mr. President, it’s time to start correcting these injustices.
