On behalf of my dear wife, Ibijoke and the good people of Lagos State, I wish to commiserate with the relations and associates of our revered father, Pa (Senator) Ayorinde Fasanmi,

Today, I inaugurated the Boards of @followlsstf and @LSETF. Members of the board of the both agencies are made up of eminent people and professionals across diverse backgrounds.

Their mandates are critical to ‘Making Lagos a 21st Century Economy’ as outlined in the pillars of the T.H.E.M.E.S agenda. Today, Lagos is safer and more secure because of the improved operational capacities of our security agencies.

I am quite excited that this edifice will see a makeover that will transform the tourism and entertainment sector of our economy. It is significant to note that this turnaround will create jobs and boost the creative enterprise of our youths in Lagos and across Nigeria.

It is a new dawn for the tourism and creative economy in Lagos State as today, The National Theatre was handed over to @cenbank and The Bankers Committee to turnaround this national heritage through renovation, a modernisation upgrade and development.

Today, I joined a NEC meeting presided over by Vice President @ProfOsinbajo to review the Economic Sustainability Plan.

States have an important role in it's implementation. In Lagos, we will take full advantage to ensure businesses and our people can function optimally.
