@citizentvkenya I'm loving the prudent wisdom being oozed my question is. Do you think excessive centralization of decision-making is one of the biggest barriers to institutional efficiency in Kenya today?
@citizentvkenya Prudent public expenditure and sustainable economic planning are essential pillars of national stability. As a country, we must not only focus on increasing revenue, but also on ensuring that public spending reflects priorities that stimulate productivity & protect livelihoods
@citizentvkenya How can young people balance the pursuit of personal success with the responsibility of safeguarding national interests and democratic values?
@citizentvkenya In your view @MukhisaKituyi what economic model can best address youth unemployment while still promoting long-term national development?
Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi: The Gen Zs are a gift to this country. I have been concerned that the mantra for millennials was ‘pesa mfukoni’; they talk about quick personal enrichment. I am very happy about Gen Zs who are saying, go beyond personal greed for money and talk about what is long-term economic gain for this country. Across generations, there is sufficient disenchantment with the status quo that should under normal circumstances lead to a clear change #JKLive
@citizentvkenya Kenya’s future will not be secured by short-term personal gain but by a generation courageous enough to demand accountability, equity & sustainable economic transformation. The rising civic awareness among Gen Zs is a powerful reminder that leadership must remain people centered
@citizentvkenya@KoinangeJeff I believe as a country we lost the trajectory of our governance through democracy, it is time we review our constitution becomes the power bestowed to people to elect president is denied to impeach them , the MPs are Yes sir to President forgetting their roles
@citizentvkenya I agree with the wisdom being shared by the experienced leaders invited. As a youth leader I believe young people have energy and innovation required to transform our sinking country to better standards our forefathers envisioned to be @KoinangeJeff
@citizentvkenya@KoinangeJeff Very insightful conversation about governance As a young person passionate about good governance & leadership, I believe Kenya we have more than enough to upgrade our country to first world level if we leave petty & primitive politics & focus on effective resource utilisation
@citizentvkenya@YvonneOkwara The Finance Bill should not only focus on taxation, but also on accountability and service delivery.
Kenyans deserve to know, how will the proposed taxes translate into better healthcare, quality education, infrastructure and opportunities for the youth?
Transformational leadership is anchored on discipline& relentless effort
