@BJP4India FAKE PROMISES BY BJP
Dear Youth of West Bengal,
The promise made by @BJP4Bengal is a full trap. Don't fall into those traps. We, engineering graduates of Odisha already experienced the same.

The recruitment process for Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in the Water Resources Department began in 2015. However, the appointment is stalled due to legal battles. (1/6)
Odisha AEE recruitment is turning into a massive scam!
FAKE GATE scorecards, fraud everywhere…
But OPSC is silent.
@OdishaWater is silent.
The entire system is protecting corruption.
Aspirants are not fools. We are watching.

Odisha AEE recruitment is sinking in fake GATE scorecards, and the @CMO_Odisha ’s silence is louder than the scam itself.
When fraud grows and action doesn’t…
People start questioning whether the system is encouraging corruption through ignorance.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir,
During your visit to Odisha, We kindly request you to listen to the voices of 30,000 unemployed youth from the state, who are deprived of the opportunity to apply for the positions of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) and Junior Engineer in Odisha.
The recruitment process for Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) positions in organizations such as Railway Engineering Services, Military Engineer Services, Central Engineering Services (Roads), Central Water Engineering Services, Border Roads Engineering Services, and the Geological Survey of India is conducted through a written examination by the UPSC.
Why does Odisha not follow the same recruitment process for AEE positions?
Additionally, for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), both https://t.co/KVUNgTjEFS and Diploma holders are eligible to participate in the recruitment process conducted by the Central Staff Selection Commission for organizations like the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Central Water Commission, Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Military Engineer Services (MES), Border Roads Organization (BRO), and various Railway Recruitment Boards. All states and Union Territories follow similar eligibility criteria for the recruitment of Junior Engineers.
Why does Odisha not allow https://t.co/KVUNgTjEFS graduates to apply for the post of Junior Engineer?

The state of unemployment is alarming. Even after graduating, many youth are forced to work as delivery boys. Our government counts this as "employment," but it's not—it’s compulsion.
Qualified young men and women are working as salespeople instead of in skilled roles. This is a massive loss of our country’s human resources.
For instance, recruitment for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer has been pending since 2019. Why? Because of the outdated, rigid policies of some bureaucrats.
The recruitment for the position of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in Railway Engineering Services, Military Engineer Services, Central Engineering Services (Roads), Central Water Engineering Services, Border Roads Engineering Services, and the Geological Survey of India is conducted through a written examination by the UPSC.
Why, Odisha does not follow the same process for AEE positions.
Across India, https://t.co/KVUNgTjEFS graduates are eligible for Junior Engineer roles. But in our state, they are excluded. Why this unfair treatment? Why so much bias against https://t.co/KVUNgTjEFS students ??????????
Both https://t.co/KVUNgTjEFS and Diploma holders are eligible to participate in the recruitment process for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), conducted by the Central Staff Selection Commission for organizations such as the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Central Water Commission, Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Military Engineer Services (MES), Border Roads Organization (BRO), and various Railway Recruitment Boards.
