Anyone who understands the legal aspect of this knows why all parties are taking these steps. Shouldn’t we see what happens next before passing judgement?

@RossDellenger @ttu_recruiting That’s not what it says Ross. It says the State will take action. Why? Because they are compelling Tech to violate the injunction on refusing to play. It is an antitrust issue that you clearly are ignoring for clicks.

@RAJCane9 @dannykanell Tech suspended him the same day they found out and before the NCAA did. They sought to get him help while it played out. Sorsby went the legal route and received an injunction to remain on the team. He has yet to play a down for Tech. Maybe stop dragging Tech until he does.

@austindudeguy @career_twe21329 Keep moving the goalpost if it makes you feel better. There is a decent list of crimes committed by UT players over the years and players either continued playing or reinstated after it was found to be true. Literally violated the law instead of breaking a rule.
