@CryptoWestttt@kris@cryptocom Kris just find excuse to print 70b cro for Kris and Co with some percentage for himself. Btc only needs 21m to be an etf. Cro don't need 100b. Please don't compare with xrp. Xrp is a good coin because their business knows how to pump xrp. Tell Kris to spend real money for cro.
Amazing 25 hours of offline service with OVH and counting. Praying support team would see and reply my email. Some of my emails were even rejected by OVH. OVH Twitter support cannot do anything. Ticket Number 9715817 #OVHCloud

Extremely poor support from OVH. I replied to abuse email which bounced back. Then abuse blocked server IP and left for weekend relax. No response after 24 hours with service offline. I will see how long for abuse team to get back to me from their weekend break.
Do OVH not provide technical support in weekend? I opened technical support ticket 24 hours ago. Noone reads the ticket except me @OVHcloud@OVHcloud_APAC

Say what you want about H.E. Sun but why did Debtors decide to not pursue a fast § 363 sale?

🚨 User Warning on @okx Exchange 🚨
✍️ Today, on March 12, 2024, around 4:00 PM Vietnam time, I unexpectedly received an email notification from OKX stating that my account has been permanently locked.
😐 Upon contacting OKX to inquire about the reason behind the permanent account lock, they mentioned "security and international reasons," with all four customer support agents providing identical responses. No specific explanation was given, causing frustration.
💰 My assets are transparent, and my account is legitimate with verified information such as my phone number, email, and KYC documents. My UID is 149735180427501568, and my phone number is +84813033033. I have been actively using my account on OKX for six years, regularly participating in events and maintaining a clean trading record.
😡 More infuriatingly, when I requested an explanation, the account closure email did not specify a reason, as per the terms outlined in section 7.8 (shown below). They provided a three-day window to withdraw assets, but some assets were inexplicably locked, and despite contacting customer support numerous times, no resolution was achieved.
👉 This appears to be a blatant violation of user rights by OKX, bordering on an attempt to seize user assets. In over 20 exchanges, ranging from larger platforms like @MEXC_Official, @Bybit_Official, @binance, @kucoincom, @AscendEX_, @gate_io, @ONUSFinance, @coinexcom, @bitgetglobal, and more, I have never encountered such misconduct.
👉 At present, OKX seems to exhibit unprecedented malpractice, and one cannot help but wonder if it is on the verge of a collapse and bankruptcy, akin to the fate of @FTX_Official four years ago.
Heartbreaking to hear of another such story due to SBF’s “victimless” crime.
I will hold everyone accountable for aiding and abetting SBF’s fraud and stealing, destroying, ending innocent lives and futures
All FTX creditors that wish to have their say, please reach out
@AlderLaneEggs@MarcumLLP@business@WSJ Sullivan and Cromwell was essential to SBF's money laundering operations.
Sound like they were hired at RILY for a particular reason
My proposal to @FTX_Official is as follows.
We combine @Figure 's broker dealer, ATS, transfer agent, money transmission licenses, MPC wallet custody, high frequency order matching and offshore VASP licenses with the FTX customer list and IP. We take the combined company public through the 1145 process. Creditors own part of that company, and get their public equity distributions directly on the exchange. We commit to deep market making partnerships on the exchange, and the exchange supports spot (onshore) and perpetual/options (offshore) on crypto. It would also be the first exchange to support public equity native on blockchain, and we'd restart the equity perpetual market (offshore). And we'd direct our whole loan/ABS/TBA business on to the marketplace, where we've already transacted in over $30B in RWA assets on blockchain.
The exchange is decentralized, using MPC wallets and run on @provenancefdn 's Provenance Blockchain.
We are standing up this marketplace with or without the FTX restart - it's live now but not public facing yet. However, we think this proposal is worth $billions to FTX creditors and establishes an owner-community day one for our exchange. I hope the debtors move on this with us.
FTX Goes Chapter 7 — and FTX Bankruptcy Lawyers Are Probably Heading to the Beach in 2024
The FTX bankruptcy team’s lawyers should send thank you notes to all FTX customers. Why? Because thanks to the FTX customers, each member of the FTX legal bankruptcy team can now probably afford to buy a new beach house in 2024.
As I predicted over a year ago, a Chapter 11 reorganization of FTX was never going to happen. It’s like attempting to reorganize a cross between Murder Incorporated, The Cali Drug Cartel and Madoff Investment Advisory Services.
Yet the FTX bankruptcy team (charging tens, perhaps even hundreds of millions of dollars and laughing all the way to the bank), still insisted upon trumpeting the shameless folly that FTX could somehow triumphantly return and become a regulated, thriving financial firm.
Now, one year later, per a Reuters report, after all of the posturing, FTX is apparently going to carry out a Chapter 7 liquidation after all. https://t.co/En32UUEe5V
Dare I ask this question: How much in legal and consulting fees were scavenged from the rotting corpse of FTX before coming to this patently obvious conclusion?
Specific details vary but per some reports, the FTX bankruptcy legal and other experts have charged an average of $1800 per hour ($2375 per hour for top law firm partners); have earned up to $1.5 million in fees per day; and have earned total fees to date of close to $250 million ($225 million reportedly through November 2023).
One law firm handling the FTX bankruptcy will generate so much revenue that even if the firm took no other engagements last year, the firm would still rank among the 200 largest law firms in the U.S. All those fees to tell us what we already knew — that FTX should be liquidated and not reorganized.
I’m not a bankruptcy lawyer and, more importantly, I’m not opposed to experienced lawyers earning a good living at their trade (I want a beach house too).
But having taught at both Georgetown and Duke law schools for 20 years and having worked within the juxtaposition of cyber, business, law and technology for over 35 years – these fees seem a tad excessive to say the least and a Chapter 11 plan seemed pure fantasy.
No matter what the FTX customers ultimately get back, the Stark reality is that this was highway robbery of highway robbers.
