@TheOfficerTatum Did he lie to get on the jury? That is extremely relevant. He had been arrested, had an active restraining order against him, and legal proceedings were started to evict him. All of this should have been disclosed on the jury application.
@RichardHanania The guy who beat his wife, punched his nephew in the face, who had to get a restraining order on him, and is getting evicted for not paying rent in a year? Sounds like a swell guy.
@Lethyl6@Rev_says_desu@ShamashAran@NBC10Boston Geez Lethyl, didn't know you were friends with his ex wife, lmao!!! I think anyone with a functioning brain would be able to see how dysfunctional the whole family looks based on the information. But to you, somehow the ex-wife is now to blame, lolol. What the nephew?
@Lethyl6@Rev_says_desu@ShamashAran@NBC10Boston You clearly do not understand the law in Massachusetts. And I am not sure which "3 witches" you are talking about. I care about the Constitution. You care about being right and feeling morally superior.
@kylenabecker Love how you are all making this lovely "black" juror to be a hero despite him beating his wife, punching his nephew - who had to get a restraining order, and getting evicted for not paying his rent in a year.
@GrahamKekule@TheRemnantView I think you are correct in some ways. I think this guy should have never been on the jury if he could not apply the law as he said he could. He was dishonest - likely with a motive. The whole case is tragic.
