Pizza that actually fits your macros. Yes, really.

The crust is ground chicken, mozzarella, and one egg. That's it. Bake it first, then add your toppings like any other pizza.

One slice: 215 calories, 23g protein, 2g carbs, 12g fat.

Athletes need carbs though so we made cheesy breadsticks to go with it. Butter, garlic salt, Parmesan, mozzarella. Eight minutes in the oven.

Parents get the pizza. Athletes get the pizza and the breadsticks. Everybody wins.

@JimHammett I didn’t have a problem with them moving on. Things had plateaued and he hadn’t adjusted to ACC. They obviously botched the next few hires and don’t invest enough in athletics. That’s the major problem.
