Welcome to the Technology Faculty at The British School Al Khubairat. Empowering students with skills in Design and Technology, Engineering and Computer Science
Our trip to AD GP! Seeing the cutting-edge technology of F1 cars brought our learning to life. This trip provided invaluable insights into engineering, design, and teamwork, enriching our curriculum with real-world applications @BSAKAbuDhabi@BSAKTechnology
Our 6th Formers are enjoying the Robotics Club CCA, where they design and program robots powered by Raspberry Pi microcomputers. Through hands-on challenges, they’re building skills in engineering, problem-solving and teamwork. @BSAKAbuDhabi@BSAKTechnology
As part of #EUCodeWeek, BSAK Year 8 students faced the challenge of "Cipher Sleuths: The Codebreaker Mystery." Our overall winners were Haadi and Tobias. @BSAKAbuDhabi@BSAKTechnology
Our Sixth Form Engineering and Product Design students attended ADIPEC and explored the latest in sustainable energy and innovation. Engaging with experts, they gained valuable insights and inspiration for their future in engineering @BSAKAbuDhabi@BSAKTechnology
The Year 10&12 skills development project is progressing well. Laminated forms are complete and the students are now producing components for the central work surface by hand and with the use of the laser cutter. 3D printing and vacuum forming to follow soon!
