That blew my mind when I I saw that.

Accounting firms should be focused on consolidating all work for a client and going expanding services.

Give me the payroll accounting tax business advisory fractional cfo work. Integrate it as seamlessly as possible.

Make it easier for clients, let them do what they do well, and be their one call for anything accounting and finance.

No need for internal accounting anymore.

@CPATaxTeam Worked at a bunch of different firms in the past, and none of them ever seem to understand process and efficiency.

Smaller agile firms that can adjust software and processes quickly will be much more successful than medium and large sized firms that won’t change quick enough.
