This is what billionaire ownership of the media means:
Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta shut down the No Kings account for hours during the height of their protests.
Meta suppressed accounts supporting Brazil President Lula da Silva in the recent election.
Larry Ellison’s TikTok blocked advertising for a documentary criticizing Elon Musk.
Fight back. Defeat oligarchy. Preserve democracy.
@J_2the_G@3RonJohnson I agree he picks a favorite.
I usually wouldn't mind it, but...he says different. He says, "his job is to replace you." I haven't seen DT'S development and PJ hasn't replaced him. Either say you're loyal or do your job and find an upgrade.
@jschjei1@GopherHole You asked, "revenge for what"? Not being the #1. I'm "arguing" that Ijeboi left because Fleck wasn't going to give him the chance of being #1. I think how hard he's playing is proving this point. 🤔
@MNHammer24 That's the problem...almost once per year we barely get a win that "means something" to the fan base. It's usually an ugly win. Never (2019 being the exception) do we have a truly dominant, nice win against a meaningful opponent. Yet, we "forget" the bad and ugly. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤷
@jschjei1@GopherHole Nah...even this season you're seeing it. Thomas has outplayed Taylor (Taylor is the better receiver). Thomas is not even close to Ijeboi. Same thing happened prior to Mo Ibrahim's final season. Bucky Irving and Ky Thomas both left because Mo was Fleck's #1.
@andygreder Crazy. I've supported Fleck for years and asked people to give him time. He hasn't gotten it done. Each year, there's 1-2 bad losses (losing to teams we shouldn't) a very few truly big wins. The last 4 years he's lost a lot of talent because he can't get it done.
@VikingsFBchat I never saw NFL in his future. For Fleck being so big on a "developmental program" ...I haven't seen Taylor's development over the years.
@LoveMNLivingGuy I don't think it Drake. Our offensive play-calling is atrocious.
I haven't even been watching this game versus Purdue, but from what I've seen this season and last year it's bad.
@jperson74@RyanBurnsMN The previous 2 weeks don't look that impressive if you review Michigan and Washington's complete "resume" this year. Simply put, both are bad. And we were lucky to get away with a pair of wins.
Putin told Iran the locations of our warships.
Today, Trump rewarded him by lifting sanctions and allowing American dollars to fuel Russia’s war machine.
Our troops are in harm’s way, and the President cut a deal with the adversary putting a target on their backs.
@miguelesses Neither should be a penalty. Simple as that. These terrible penalties are why I stopped watching years ago. It's sad too...I love football.
The world needs to get past the idea that Minnesota can't become a top college football and basketball school
Big metropolitan area, 640,000 living alumni, 59,000 students, $165 million athletic department revenue, and an endowment of over $ 7 billion (Indiana's is about half)
