@RonSwanonson "AI is not going to shorten your work hours" For me it's been a 5-10x productivity boost. Plus I'm happier because finally someone acknowledges how right I am every day! Seriously though, it's made me much more productive, and I frequently counter its sycophantic nature.
It's not a reprice, and you know that @saylor, is arbitrage algorithms. The economists aren't to blame. Their models are necessary guidance. I've spent 6 weeks in Thailand where inflation is under 2%, the entrepreneurial spirit is unburdened by all of the nit picky regulations we have. Getting inflation down, getting govt. Spending under control, will be a benefit to Bitcoin. The US is walking into a zero growth economy, a roll back of entitlements, an inability to maintain it's military -- we are going to become 1970s UK. We can all get rich on Bitcoin and live in a sh*thole country like kings if we ignore economics. The arbitrage just sold Bitcoin at a discount to a bunch of smarter people. Plus, 100,000 more household have the income to start investing in Bitcoin. There is nothing but upside unless YOU ARE LOOKING TO SELL AGAIN... IS STRATEGY SELLING BITCOIN AGAIN? ๐ต๐ผโโ๏ธ HODLers need to know.
Always a good day when a new UAP documentary drops. Haven't watched yet but we will be buying and watching the interviews by @RobFlis, @disclosureteamx and @SomewhereSkies when they become available.
Their interviews will all be up within the next week!
When I talk about mean reverting, I mean that the price goes up or down a bit but there is a mean value it returns to. That is the sideways grind. The price remains stable because the institutions are frequently looking to buy discounted instruments and set low limit orders to pick up shorted coin.
A lot of shorting going on right now, but also a lot of spot volume which means that someone is taking advantage of the sale price on BTC. Shorts only make the rich richer. 70% to 80% of day traders using leveraged longs or short selling lose money. Yet, they show up in droves.
@dotkrueger I have stopped voting. I won't participate in my own oppression. There was no rational choice, and that is by design. The uni-party that controls the show is manufacturing the illusion of choice, in my opinion.
I should point out the two that disagree think BTC should hit $100k this month or next. So if the current model is wrong, that's a win for those of us holding BTC. ๐
I have built 3 BTC price simulators. Two of them think the price is low but within one standard deviation. The other thought the price was low but now sees it right between the p50 high and p50 low estimated price for this month. At the end of the year long trial I will produce scoring for all of the models to see which one was the most accurate. If you want to look at the models go to github, user Nectarineimp. All of my bitcoin related work is in repositories whose name starts with btc-.
@elonmusk@chesscom Let me fix this for you: "Here I am arguing with some random intern at a chess website" should instead be:
"Here I am, passionate about chess, mathematics, and setting the record straight. I have a lot on my plate, but this, if felt, needed saying."

If you follow my newsletter, I give a 48 hour look ahead to liquidity events. You can actually plan your limit buys based upon it. If the jobs report has been bad it would have lifted the price. It was strong so arbitrage bots sold. It's already climbing back. https://t.co/WxvSvl9Tw2. check out the other upcoming events.
Yep, jobs posted strong, rate cut hopes are probably slashed, the market price for BTC just dropped $800.
Nonfarm Payrolls: Rose by 162,000 jobs, rebounding strongly from the negative growth seen in previous months.
