🚨 Progressive insurance merged their system with artificial intelligence and its given customers the wrong occupations

This woman called and Progressive told her the system undated her job to ‘Forest worker’

After they fixed it her insurance payment dropped $166 per month

“If you use Progressive for any of your insurance policies, you're gonna wanna hear this. So I was on the phone with Progressive the other day, and she, the gal on customer service, she goes, what do you do for work? — She said, well, we merged with AI like 7 or 8 months ago and it has you listed as forest work.

I was like, what? Like, I just like, I just work in the forest. She's like, yeah.

So she like, updated my actual occupation. My policy went down by a thousand dollars. That's $166 a month. Go talk to Progressive and figure out what it has listed as your occupation — Hope this saves you money”

This should be a lawsuit. People are overpaying because AI put the wrong occupations for customers
