ROUND ROCK MAN walks up behind a 62-year-old stranger sitting near a park bench on a Monday morning, wraps an arm around him, and stabs him repeatedly in the neck.
Andrew James Wimsatt tried to fight back, but surveillance video shows he couldn't. A passerby found his body near the Chandler Creek Trail.
26-year-old Benedict Ogbodiegwu Jr. was arrested before at least three times.
His record:
2017: charged with theft, a state jail felony. Dismissed.
Jan 2026: arrested for theft. Court ordered a competency evaluation, then committed him for restoration in February. The competency hearing set for May 29 was canceled. The theft charge was dismissed April 7.
May 2026: arrested again, this time for giving police false identification. Dismissed.
Three cases, three dismissals. Now first-degree murder.
We live in an interesting country where verified suicides are reported as lynchings and a guy getting beheaded in a public park is not reported at all.
This is amazing. The Left has been trashing this guy all week only to find out that he was the only black person on the jury, getting hounded by bossy white women. Just perfect.
Remember we he promised us tariff dividends? Instead, corporate America got tariff refunds in the billions. It was all struck down by courts. Nothing for hard working Americans.
We just want jobs, not pipe dream handouts.
We will work for our money, Mr. President.
It just keeps getting worse… 😑
This beta male juror was so DESTROYED, he said, because he couldn’t set Lindsay Clancy free.
What a disgrace. This is exactly why toxic masculinity is so important in this country, so we don’t end up with little twerps like this.
And notice how none of these clowns ever bring up the THREE CHILDREN who were MURDERED?
These people make me so freaking sick.
The juror here says she went into deliberations thinking Clancy was guilty but switched to not guilty because it was “the only way Lindsay would get the help she needs.” She’s openly admitting she disregarded the law. Jurors are not supposed to be making decisions based on those kinds of calculations. They were there to judge whether Clancy was guilty or not. Period. Their job was not the ensure the Clancy “gets the help she needs.” What a farce.
Don’t let this go Colorado. Let the Justice Department know we will not accept mob violence by children in Colorado. Make a stand now or it will get much worse. #colorado@CivilRights
This is the ONLY clip you need to see today from the Clancy Jury.
Don’t waste any more time on these insane, permissible, evil women.
“He would not interact with us... He had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children."
@nypost The term 'radical islam' implies there's such a thing as NON radical islam.
Problem is, islam is islam, period, end of story. It's ALL radical to NORMAL people.
Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin and his wife Glenna adopted Jonah, a Sub-Saharan African boy, in 2012 when he was five. He was one of four Ethiopian children they took in besides their five biological children.
Jonah turned violent. He assaulted his parents in incidents police witnessed firsthand, leading to his arrest and juvenile charges. He repeatedly threatened to kill family members. Siblings found knives he hid under his mattress and in his bedside table. He threatened to chop up a sibling and physically hurt other children in the house.
He was expelled from Liahona Academy for threatening to kill another student and assaulting staff who tried to stop him. After that, no program in the United States would take him. In October 2023 he was charged again with assaulting and threatening to kill a family member during a fight with his father at home.
The family paid for residential programs, tutors, and medical care. Jonah refused to follow the rules or stay in those programs. As an adult he faced felony charges of aggravated assault, drug possession, and lying to police.
Now he is in court demanding retroactive child support, a cash grab through lawyers exploiting the racial alien after years of the family trying to handle his violence, substance abuse, and criminal record privately.
Matt Bevin was arrested and sentenced to 60 days because he refused to keep providing financial documents to an activist family court judge who insisted on making everything public instead of letting the family handle it privately.
Yes I saw they (LG) have responded to the Gamers Nexus investigation.
Let me go through it claim by claim.
LG says: TVs don't record ambient audio.
Their position: voice data is only processed when you press the voice button, say "Hi LG" after activating Far-Field mode, or when the TV is monitoring for the wake word in standby.
What Gamers Nexus found: the TV was converting speech to plain text and storing it in on-device logs. the microphone window stayed open 10-15 seconds after speech ended, capturing bystanders. audio was recorded while the screen appeared off and Ethernet was unplugged, then uploaded when the TV reconnected.
LG did not address the plain text transcripts or the offline recording in their statement. Tom's Hardware noted this explicitly.
LG says: ACR is opt-in.
This is technically true under current settings. but opt-in for ACR is not the same as opt-in for the network scanning, the device fingerprinting, or the background data collection that Gamers Nexus documented via packet capture.
LG says: network scanning is standard and enables smart home features.
One test TV identified 38 unrelated devices including phones and printers belonging to people not involved in the test that's basically mapping your neighbors.
What LG did not address:
— the plain text transcripts of speech stored on-device
— the 10-15 second microphone window after speech ends
— the offline data caching and delayed exfiltration
— the remote code execution vulnerabilities in webOS
— the scale: 216 million LG TVs currently active worldwide
LG's denial is selective they addressed the easiest claims and left the hardest ones untouched.
Women will spend 3 minutes talking about reasonable doubt, and then admit at the end they don't have any reasonable doubt, and actually they're just angry you didn't let them win when they threw a tantrum.
