Everyday, and I mean everyday, I am more convinced that you must own #bitcoin to protect yourself from your government no matter where you live. #bitcoin is freedom against the tyranny of politicians and central banks
This policy deprives foreigners of their property rights and impairs the value of all residential property in Canada, thereby destroying wealth. This is why investors need to replace real property with digital property. #Bitcoin is hope for #Canada.
🚨 There it is…
In a rare moment of honesty, The Atlantic’s David Brooks admitted something that should be a crime—and proves exactly why President Trump banned certain media outlets.
“Starting in 2015, we in the Main Stream Media learned that if you bash Donald Trump, the clicks go up, the ratings go up— it became the business model.
And we get to go to sometimes off the record dinners between journalists, columnists, and politicians. And I would say over the last two years, when you were at a dinner with Democrat politicians, there was distance between the journalists and democrats.
They’re politicians, it’s our job to keep some distance. In my view, in many of the places I’ve been to, there’s no distance anymore. And that is the problem for the media. We have to establish some distance from the Democratic Party. These are people we cover, these are not people we root for. We’re not supposed to be spin doctors for them…”

@xucian_@g_rockets@SimonHoiberg Perhaps tech people care less about life long friendships?
Having lunch today with a UHNWI who sold his company to Microsoft at a dive bar. Been friends for 40 years.
Then having drinks in the evening with a VHNWI friend of 45 years.
More on why I cancelled my @nytimes subscription: a scene in which copilot who shouted ‘allahu akbar’ and attacked his copilot, hoping to destroy a plane with 100 plus passengers headed for Israel, is described as a ‘clash’ between two copilots. These people are lunatics.
NEW: RFK Jr. says Medicare spending on wound care patches exploded from $200 million in 2019 to $14 billion last year: "It's all stolen."
Bad actors billed Medicare billions by slapping the most expensive skin grafts on elderly and dying patients who didn't need them.
"The doctors who prescribed them would get 6% of the sales cost. And so, they were incentivized to prescribe more expensive products. In Europe, they spend 35 cents a cubic inch. We were spending $135, and that went up to $2,000 a cubic inch."
"So 2019, we were paying $200 million. Last year we spent 14 billion. All stolen. It's all stolen. And we were on track to spend 23 billion this year."
"We put an end to it, and we now have driven that cost down to somewhere around a billion dollars."
In one Arizona case, the owners of two wound care companies pleaded guilty to more than $1.2 billion in fraudulent claims. Medicare paid over $1 million per patient for grafts slapped on elderly patients who didn't need them, many of them dying in hospice.
In June, DOJ charged 11 more defendants over more than $2 billion in allograft claims, including a company accused of issuing sham invoices to inflate what Medicare paid.
It feels like every week I learn a new way people were ripping off taxpayers for billions.
This may be the most "CNN" thing ever said on CNN.
This is Clarissa Ward, CNN's international correspondent. She fabricates stories for the fake news outlet.
A few years ago she said this about the Taliban:
"They were just chanting death to America, but they seem friendly at the same time."
🤣😂
@amyactonoh Flock cameras have reportedly found over 10,000 missing and exploited people every year. “Banning” every technology that poses problems or vulnerabilities is horrible policy and worse leadership.
@JSeyff I think you'd be surprised how many grown men have never been to a women's sporting event.
I just found out this year that there is a professional women's soccer league.
They say keeping CNN out is “viewpoint discrimination.”
In 2020, DOJ told them inviting me — even based on viewpoint — is not a First Amendment violation.
I am the OAN reporter in this letter.
WHCA kicked OAN out of the rotation. Roped off my chair. Made me stand in the back.
Then Brian Karem’s lawyer screamed that Stephanie Grisham inviting me as her guest was unconstitutional.
DOJ’s answer, on White House letterhead:
- The briefing room is White House property.
- The club’s seating chart is a practice the Press Secretary “merely acquiesced” in.
- Special access to a particular reporter is not a First Amendment violation.
- “That is true whether or not such an invitation is based on viewpoint.”
So which is it, WHCA?
When the club locks the conservative out, it’s “safety.”
When the White House locks the network out, it’s the death of the Republic.
The chairs were never yours.
@Eternahot@Anc_Aesthetics@WomanDefiner state governments are starting point for welfare. And if you haven't been watching the news, the GOP super majority is not working to stop this.
No matter your politics, you should also think for a minute about what the media have done to this country, and to the sanity of millions of people, with their incessant lies over the past 10 years, starting with this guy’s own newspaper pumping out a total lie, one that even Peter Strzok admitted was false, in order to cripple Trump’s first term right out of the gate.
Casting the duly elected president of the United States as a Russian agent is about as extreme an obliteration of norms as you can imagine. Once you do something like that, there is no stuffing the decorum genie back in the bottle.
