NEW: Trinidad Chambliss tells @Clowfb he considered LSU with Lane Kiffin but stayed locked in with Ole Miss🔒
“I mean, there were discussions. There were thoughts. I’m not going to lie about that because you have to understand what my circumstance was. I had just transferred here. My offensive coordinator was Coach Weis. I had just learned that system. He was leaving, and they were taking most of the offensive guys. I didn’t know who was going to be our head coach at the time. I didn’t know who was going to be the OC. There were just a lot of unknowns and question marks. So, yes, those thoughts were there, but once we went with PG (Golding), it didn’t take me too long to decide. I was all Ole Miss.”

Open letter to our Coach @Lane_Kiffin
As you labor over your decision, I, who loves my University and my Ole Miss family, just want to tell you, thank you! It's not said enough. You always give credit to your players, coaches and fans but I, and I know I'm not speaking alone, give credit to you for what you have done at Ole Miss. You've exceeded everyone's expectations by building this program into a national contender! You've made us realistically believe we can win it all! Ole Miss will never be satisfied with just being good anymore.
You have the right, like any of us, to choose your place of employment. As a proud Rebel, I will be praying to the same God as you that He blesses you to stay. However, that is your choice and I for one, will respect your decision. As you choose your next chapter, be it at Ole Miss or not, I hope for nothing less than happiness for you and your family.
Again, Coach, THANK YOU!!! Hotty Toddy!
