I've crafted a process I plan to deploy to the people. My hunt for immortality elicited a byproduct of Intel that became a process for extended life span and health span 🧬. Since, Afro-Diasporic 🪮 ppl specifically in the USA are dying of all-cause mortality at a higher rate than the sum of others, and at younger ages from disease associated with aging populations, it's clear that this issue is the single most important factor toward liberation in modern times.

Contributions to this crisis are unemployment, poverty, lack of home ownership, limited access to medical care, smoking, physical inactivity, lack of access to recreation, obesity, and extraction of metaphysical understandings and philosophies religion📿. It's also further exacerbated due to food deserts, and organizations partnering with companies to keep parasuicidal foods and habits locked into Afro Culture.

On my path, I've been twice certified in physical training, a graduate of two martial arts, and a lifelong student of ancient spiritual practices. My goal in the past ~9years has been to synthesize this knowledge to be practical in the modern environment. To do this, I had to realize that our position in time ⏳ is a critical element key to identifying our environment. (I won't go down the 🕳️ on this.... This time.)

In less than 3 months, I've shifted my vessel from a state of decay into a state of abundance, for the third time, using my metaphysical technological process (rituals). This cycle has been observational evidence for myself, that I later used on my past and current clients to get the results they aimed for.

Now, I am sharing my unique perspective on the issues at hand to unlock your potential for longevity and sovereignty via the current broadcasting platforms that exist. Let's talk about it 👇🏿. What has troubled you on your path to longevity?

The morning ritual is integral to my longevity protocol. As Dr. Bayinnah Bellos has stated, life is flexible and mobile like the snake 🐍. The two snakes spiriling up the staff⚕️of health in a double helix is no accident 🧬.

On the other side of the coin, muscle-centric medicine isn't only focused on the strength or muscle size. It's focused on the quality of the muscle, so the amount at which the muscle can contract and elongate are equally important in our quest for immortality.

I stress the power of capoeira to improve health and lifespan 🧬, ultimately enhancing the ability of humans to become craftsmen🛠️ of their own reality - regardless of profession. My bias is toward the industrial and tactical athlete because of the disrespect, burden, and effort it takes to take on this responsibility. Society operates on the backs of this human labor for security and luxuries; however, they rarely ever experience either.

This is why I focus on sovereignty 🤠... with the skills we acquire in our forgotten about professions, we can literally build our own communities from ground up. How we choose to build that future is on us. I write longer form content about these very things on my Patreon so go over there and read up, but as for this post... I want to share with you some visuals that I've shown patrons a few months back.

I've been selected to electrify and design an entire off-grid electrical system ⚡🔌 for this Earthship build in GA. Apparently, I woke up and the dreams kept playing beyond my eye lids, but I'm not stopping there. I have the opportunity to learn the entire building process from the source in Taos, NM. I worked my ass off trying to meet my financial goal and fell short. For me to achieve this pillar of my vision I am opening myself to donations (tip 🫙), I am available for electrical work, and please feel free to tip during classes on the mountain. The goal is 3k and so far I have raised $350 of that.

The complete vision is to build an Earthship Longevity Center with Capoeira as the focus. In this center, I will teach permaculture, earthship construction basics, capoeira, and muscle centric health. These skills will translate to the members of the center by equipping them with skills, knowledge, and health that they can use to build their own decentralized communities.

It is almost disrespectful to your destiny to schedule 🗓️ anything that you know you wouldn't have fun doing, and if it's something mandatory, discover ways to make it fun.

On the flip side 🪙, I recognize that the mediocrity we are witnessing is because we've been marketed that fun is in material things and money 💰. This mindset bleeds into our daily practices, our work, and relationships 🤝🏿. If we concentrate on money being the crutch of fun, then we'll never express our talents well enough to naturally attract fullfilment.

One route leads to joy all around and another is dependent on someone else seeing your value. Today, I had too much fun trying to capture these images for my community to witness the cool shit I do. My apprentice even laughed several times watching me tryna get the best angles 📐. I tried posting on IG and doing the cool transitions with music, but they always hating on my messaging 🤷🏿‍♂️....

The facility is happy, my apprentice has a positive experience with electrical work, and I enjoyed every second of this labor intensive installation. 👌🏿Job well done, now to bring joy to my family.
