I know I'm lucky to have some occasional options. Most others are stuck, paying lots to wait to stand on crappy trains @railandroad @GWRHelp

I don't have the misfortune of using GWR services everyday but everytime I do, that Paddington train is late @GWRHelp worth investigating...

@GWRHelp the conditions are consistently worse and there appears to be varying standards across the service. Yet prices remain the same

@GWRHelp that's fine Phil, as i say i wasn't concerned about that journey. The problem is my normal 8.15 newport to paignton journey.

@GWRHelp the discomfort was normal for my commute. Why is the overcrowding worth apology on the 7.44 but apparently acceptable on the 8.15?
