Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, marking 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We remember the 6 million Jewish men, women, and children murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators. As survivors grow fewer and antisemitism rises, today is more vital than ever.
I’m determined to tackle hate crime in our city.
Today I announced additional funding and met inspiring grassroot groups working to stop the spread of hateful narratives, reject extremist ideologies and do more to safeguard vulnerable young Londoners from misinformation online.
Happy Black History Month from all of us at Just Like Us!🖤❤️💛💚
This month, we’re celebrating the incredible contributions of Black LGBT+ people who have shaped our history and continue to inspire us today🫶
