@AjioCares I've wrote many mails, tried calling your care raised tickets in your App but nothing has happened, but when we took the social media then now yiu guys are calling us now where you guys till now it's been a 3 weeks still no resolution,
New SCAM in town @AJIOLife Ordered 2 items but received only 1 that too wrong1. raised the issue, but customer care was pathetic. Only 1 return/refund processed—other item still unresolved.

@Cleartrip & airasia was far better than them, they processed our full amount refund without a single call or mail, indigo, makemytrip should learn it
Indigo declined the refund for one of the passengers stating some lame excuses even after all the documents has been submitted
no response in chat window, reaching the customer care not easy, what kind of double game is this
So you guys purposely dragging it so it will cross the return window & i have to keep the damaged product

Worst logistics & customer care
Without even contacting or attempting the pickup #ekarts updated the status as rejected due to product mismatch, but how come without coming for pickup, they canceled the return on 10th
Itself, but return request window was open till 13th nobody came
By 15th return window will be closed
Great service by Flipkart one side your #ekarts closed the return request but you guys didn't contact or update it in tracking, your @flipkartsupport is pathetic

The order was out for delivery yesterday we gave him the directions even shared the location 📌 but without attempting the delivery they updated it as wrong address
If it's your inability to deliver it mark it accordingly
