Water at work- NIH research points to 75% of Americans suffering from chronic dehydration. WOW! Here's a tip- drink 8 ounces every hour at work. Hydration does depend on age and lifestyle, where most women should strive for 90oz and men 120oz!
TWO IMPORTANT NUTRITION RULES 😁
1.) Choose foods with 5 ingredients or less. Snack foods have huge ingredient lists --opt for mixed nuts and fruit instead!
2.) Do your best to live by the rule "If I can't pronounce it, I wont eat it" when it comes to ingredient lists!

Did you know that the cholesterol in eggs does not impact your cholesterol levels negatively? Studies now prove eggs are a super food! Start your day with good fats and protein vs refined carbs and see how satisfied you'll be!
