Last evening I attended the Rorke’s Drift Army Cadet Music Concert in Brecon. An excellent event by Cadets and CFAVs from all four nations of the UK. Bands, Corps of Drums, Bugles and Pipers alike - you are a credit, I was so proud.

Looking forward to the weekend ahead!

Now time to get the full band with Shaun the sheep covers 🎶

This week I have had the privilege to lead this fantastic group of cadets in the Estes Park International Tattoo here in Colorado 🇺🇸.

They certainly have had the cadet experience of getting to play in the USA.

I’m delighted to be the new 51x Brigade Music Advisor.

I look forward to continuing what @MrCMellis installed with our brigade. Giving Cadets and CFAVs opportunities to perform and learn.

Good Luck Callum on your new chapter as an Officer in the British Army!

Well we are now at the halfway point for this years Virginia International Tattoo. I’m grateful to Tidewater Pipes and Drums for inviting me to lead their Guest file for this years show!

Here is a clip of tonight’s Black Bear marching off tonight’s finale.

Yesterday we started to bring the music together for Finale with band leaders only playing. Followed by a team dinner at the local curry house. Today we have everyone play Finale music before we start to pull the show together tomorrow.

Wellbeing Wednesday

Allowing me to get away from teaching pipes and putting the ref jersey back on! Feeling good after recovering from injury and being back behind the whistle last week and this week. Looking forward to Scottish University Cup Finals next Wednesday!
