@RobboGeog We were excited to attend but had also signed up to a Literacy in Geography session at the same time. Excited to see we’ll be able to catch up on YouTube!
On a beautiful Sunday morning, some of our Bluecoat Wollaton staff take to the streets of Nottingham to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon. These heroes have already raised over £1000 for PASIC 😇🏃♀️🏃#teambwa#workingtogetherchanginglives
Miss Collins got soaked by a wave at the end of this video…
We visit Flamborough to see the coastal landforms. There are caves, a stack and wave cut platforms here.
Year 11 geographers are at the coast today completing their GCSE fieldwork day. First stop: Flamborough Head. The sun is shining, the tide is in and the waves are wild! @Blue_Wollaton
This week it’s the turn of our GCSE geographers to head out on fieldwork.
We managed to squeeze in a trip to visit the new Central Library exhibition ‘Speak Her Name’ too
@Blue_Wollaton
Year 7 returned to school to reflect on their day. @LhistoryMs awarded some of our @Blue_Wollaton PROUD stickers for some wonderful work during her enrichment session. The perfect finish to a wonderful day of adventure
Year 7 also managed to find caterpillars and wolf spiders during their sweep net activity down by the Cow Pond. Even the deer came to have a closer look!

@RobboGeog @Blue_Wollaton Thank you for having us. It was such a pleasure to watch them really engage and grapple with some complex geography. All full of conversation on the train home as they reflected on what they had seen and heard!
Incredible experience for @Blue_Wollaton Y10 at the #GAConf24 today. Exploring critical geographies with @DrJesson, engaged with the @VoicesProject_ to discuss place and space for all, debated climate justice and finished off with careers in GIS with @esriuk
Thank you @The_GA
