It's astounding how much more productive I've become by using ChatGPT/Claude.

internet has been down for over 20 hours! I’ve called twice and since raised a complaint. The service status page suggests there isn’t a problem with the service and I know the issues are more widespread

@virginmedia I have called the help desk 7 times today, each time holding for over 45 mins. Each time the customer service agent HUNG UP the call, without resolution. And each time having to explain my situation. Please call me to organise an engineer or a cancellation!

@virginmedia I’ve had to call your call centre albeit being promised a call back after raising a complaint. The earliest an engineer can be called out is in 9 days. How do you suggest I access services? There’s no way to raise a complaint that’s is acknowledged either
