We currently permit the use of BBQs at Country Park.
Often, the next day, Rangers & Volunteers are greeted with the mess left behind.
Do you think we should continue to allow BBQs in our country parks?

@_JoelAshton@LBofHavering Telling that the replies were turned off. Methinks they realise this is not what residents want.

Please be careful extinguishing cigarettes.
Yesterday our Mereway crew were called to Watford Gap services to douse a grass verge fire caused by a carelessly discarded cigarette.
Hot and dry conditions mean fires start and spread easier. Make sure your cigarette is right out.
The final part of the Water Safety Code is FLOAT.
Make sure that your children know what to do if they fall in the water - spread their arms and legs like a star, float and shout for help. If you see someone else in the water, throw them something that floats and call for help.
Please note that the car park here at Brixworth Country Park will be closing at 3pm tomorrow (Saturday 24 June).
