Today marked the start of a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Soft Skills Programme led by @Rwandalabour through the National Internship Programme (NIP), in partnership with the International Labour Organization, implemented by iDebate Rwanda, and funded by the Government of Luxembourg.

This training brings together facilitators from @Rwandalabour, RP, COK, UR, AUCA, Employment Service Centers, UNILAK and ULK, equipping them with tools to deliver a validated soft skills curriculum aimed at strengthening interns’ workplace communication, collaboration, professionalism, and digital readiness which are key competencies for a successful transition into decent work, particularly in ICT and ICT enabled sectors.
