Your vision is your compass. Don't let fear, doubt, or "what ifs" draw the boundaries of what you can achieve. What's one goal you're chasing that once felt like just a dream? Write it down. Make it real.
Quotless is the app for those who dream in bold text.
Cada persona tiene algo distinto que decir, en una entrevista o en una charla casual, cada palabra emerge desde lo que hemos sentido, vivido o callado, escuchar es descubrir sus experiencias y la esencia en alguien...
@psychoticOm@_buildspace@FarzaTV@_nightsweekends I like this project, There could be a function that says, know my owner or know how much I look like my owner haha :P
or also how my owner takes care of me and compare
@themersk@_buildspace@_nightsweekends@FarzaTV Thanks for your interest :)
You play as avocados
The concept of avocados is ridiculous yet charming, and it adds a peculiar twist. Yes, the zombies are also avocados, but they're dehydrated and rotten, which makes them more menacing.
@sritabh@_buildspace@_nightsweekends very interesting project, do you plan to add artificial intelligence?, I suppose or suggest reinforcement learning algorithms
last year, over 50,000+ builders worked on their ideas with us during nights and weekends
one of the most common questions was:
"how tf do i growth hack what i'm building?"
so, we decided to make a whole lecture about it.
and here are some notes:
1. growth hacking isn't a complicated strategy.
all you have to remember is that you're trying to get new users and retain the current ones. that's it.
2. whatever works counts as growth hacking.
hey, if putting out memes get you users then it counts too. don't ever feel like there's a "certain way" of doing things.
3. everything is an experiment.
some things work for big companies, some things only work for a little while. you don't really know what works until you've put it out there.
4. don't spend a whole year planning out a strategy.
your goal is to figure out what works and what doesn't.
do this as fast as possible so you can make a decision.
5. double down or stop an experiment.
keep it simple. do more of what's working. stop what's not.
6. aarrr is a good model to remember.
when you're lost, come back to this one as your guide.
7. a = acquisition. how are ppl finding you?
examples:
for software: twitter, seo, ads, etc.
for music: spotify, soundcloud, youtube, etc.
for content: instagram, tiktok, youtube, etc.
8. a = activation. how long before they think "this is sick!"
examples:
"sick...i need this product."
"sick...this is a banger song."
"sick...what an amazing video."
9. r = retention. are ppl coming back?
examples:
"wow, she's dropping another hit?!"
"they're releasing a new product?!"
"this feature is sooo good!"
10. r = referral. are ppl telling others about it?
examples:
"yo you gotta check out this new site i found."
"have you seen his videos on instagram?"
11. r = revenue. are ppl paying?*
now, it doesn't just have to be payment. listeners, followers, subscribers; they all count.
*this one can be tricky b/c some things get payments day 1, but maybe you tryna grow a user base first.
12. always keep your value proposition clear.
always think: are you saving ppl money or time, or offering entertainment.
this really helps with getting new users. if you make what you're offering clear, then they have an easy decision to make.
